If the equipment covered by Toro Total Care malfunctions or becomes inoperative due to a defect in material or workmanship during the term of coverage, the equipment may be repaired (includes parts and labor) at no cost to the owner. Toro Total Care is inclusive of the manufacturer's warranty; it does not replace the manufacturer's warranty. After the manufacturer's warranty expires, Toro Total Care provides coverage through the term of coverage.
Additionally, Toro Total Care, includes the following additional benefits:- Transportation: This provides pickup and delivery service for covered manufacturer's warranty and/or Total Care claims on riding products located within 25 miles of a participating authorized Toro servicing dealer. - Power Surge Protection: In the event of product failure due to a power surge Toro Total Care has you covered.
- Maintenance Reimbursement: You will receive a reimbursement of 30% of the cost of selective preventative maintenance parts purchased at an authorized Toro dealership or retail location while covered by Toro Total Care. See Terms and Conditions for complete details.
- Consumable parts such as KNOBS, REMOTES, BATTERIES, BAGS, BELTS, BLADES, FILTERS, GAS CAPS, etc. are not covered by warranty. Residential use only. TTC plans are not available for commercial use.

Toro Total Care coverage begins on the date of product purchase and continues for the period indicated on the purchase confirmation ("Effective Plan Dates") that is received after purchase. Toro Total Care is inclusive of the manufacturer's warranty; it does not replace the manufacturer's warranty. After the manufacturer's warranty expires Toro Total Care provides additional coverage through the Coverage Term.

Toro Total Care is authorized and backed by Toro. Repairs will be performed by Toro trained and authorized servicing dealers located throughout the country for the term of Toro Total Care.

A repair and/or transportation claim typically covers any type of electrical or mechanical failure that is not due to negligence. Labor and the cost of parts are usually covered under this type of claim. Whereas a maintenance reimbursement claim covers 30% of the cost of select preventative maintenance parts for a covered product (battery, belts, mower blades, chainsaw chains, filters, fuel stabilizer, oil, spark plugs, and tires) that were purchased at an authorized Toro dealership or retail location. Labor costs are not covered and there is a $500 limit on the preventative maintenance reimbursement for the life of the Plan.
To file a repair and/or transportation claim, please call 866-444-7604. Our agents are available Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST to assist you. To initiate the claim, we'll need your contract number and the product's serial number.
There are several ways to file a maintenance reimbursement claim. You can either email customerservice@torototalcare.com or by filling out the form on the Contact Us page. Regardless of which way you chose, please provide your name/address, the product serial number, contract number, and any receipts.

The estimated time to receive your reimbursement check is 2-3 weeks via US Postal Service.
Yes, if cancelled within the first 30 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund. If cancelled later than 30 days, you will receive a prorated refund based upon the time remaining on your Toro Total Care plan. See Terms and Conditions for complete details.
